Searching Outlook Emails and Contacts:

This is your everyday problem - to quickly access the Email which is buried deep inside the multitude of Microsoft Outlook Folders and sub-Folders.

In GetMail, type a few characters of whatever you remember about the mail - subject, content, attachement file-name, sender's name, recipient's name etc. You are done. Similarly, for Outlook Contacts.

The instant search utility bundled with Microsoft Outlook 2007 or 2010 is not a free-text search engine. It requires you to input or select a number of parameters. The search-time tests your patience.

GetMail is not an add-in to Outlook and, hence, does not slow down Outlook. Also, you are spared from otherwise compulsory update concomitant with every Microsoft Office upgradation.

The desktop search tools require you to type full words to commence searching.
